Tuesday 14th MarHead Chef, Samuel Squires, is an Ambassador for The Burnt Chef Project. An incredible organisation that aims to raise awareness for mental health issues within the hospitality industry. We are hosting a special charity evening on Monday, 24th April to raise crucial funds for The Burnt Chef Project. The idea of the evening is to bring some of the best chefs in the industry together, each cooking an individual course in aid of this fantastic initiative. Seven chefs, seven courses, with each chef cooking their own creation.
