I'm fundraising for the future of hospitality.

I'm raising money for The Burnt Chef Project and need your help!

4 out of hospitality professionals report having experienced at least one mental health issue during their career.

The current reality is that a large proportion of the hospitality community has, or will, experience a mental health issue as a direct result of chronic stress, stigma and lack of support.

In worst case scenarios this can also lead to loss of life with hospitality having one of the highest rates of suicide against other professions.

We have to change that. The Burnt Chef Project is a globally recognised not-for-profit Social Enterprise and we are fully committed to making the hospitality profession healthier and more sustainable by focusing on people's wellbeing first by providing free supporting structures, awareness campaigns supported by market-leading training and education.

Here we go again

Tuesday 2nd Sep
It’s been a whole year since the last time I stepped in the ring or cage in this case, I’ve more or less been consistent with training ever since with one 3 month break at the start of the year due to working in hospitality and general life getting in the way.

The fight will take place at the same venue as last time The Prestige Suite in Birmingham on November the 8th, which as always will be an amazing event organised by James & Jess Whiston from Redditch MMA.

Last time I managed to raise £350 which was absolutely amazing making me one of the top 3 fundraisers of the whole event, this time I’d love to raise even more setting the bar at £500 to get help to those struggling who need it.

More updates to come soon 🤟
