London marathon

The current reality is that a large proportion of the hospitality community has, or will, experience a mental health issue as a direct result of chronic stress, stigma and lack of support.

In worst case scenarios this can also lead to loss of life with hospitality having one of the highest rates of suicide against other professions.

The burnt chef project work with people in the industry to help free or charge to that person. 

Working in the industry myself and having severely been effected by mental health and with out people like these I would not be here myself .
