Just a short walk of 19 miles... Starting at Caernarfon Castle and finishing in Llanberis after having conquered Yr Wyddfa in Snowdon.

Some reasons why they need your help today:
- It costs The Burnt Chef Project £80 (UK) / $100 (non UK) per person for therapy through their global EAP scheme.
- They have trained over 1600 students in the last 2 years in mental health and stress reduction at a cost of £400/$480 per talk
- £158 ($180) per volunteer they train in peer support to better aid those suffering with mental health issues
