For my birthday this year, The Burnt Chef Project and I are teaming up to fundraise for the mental health stigma in the hospitality industry. It's something very close to my heart and I would love your support!
Being in the industry for over 12 years you come across all walks of life. Some days we are pushing 12-15 hour shifts on top of back to back doubles. We put our hearts and souls into our work…but forget to put it into ourselves. We forget.
After learning about The Burnt Chef Project, it really hit home. I, aswell struggle with mental wellness and this mission is a incredible outlet for those in the hospitality industry.
