I'm fundraising for the future of hospitality.

I am raising money for The Burnt Chef Project, an organisation dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental health in hospitality and providing support for those who need it most

👉 Did you know that 4 out of 5 hospitality professionals report experiencing at least one mental health issue during their career?

This is a cause that is deeply personal to me. Two years ago, I lost my younger brother, Ian, to suicide. Life has never been the same since. Ian was a talented chef living in Tenerife for almost 20 years. I often wonder why he didn’t, or perhaps felt he couldn’t, reach out for help. I will never know the answer to that, but I do know that I am more determined than ever to do all I can to prevent another family from going through the same pain

By supporting my fundraising efforts, you will be helping The Burnt Chef Project provide vital education, resources, and support to those struggling in silence. Together, we can make sure no one feels alone in this battle. I will be running 358km (a virtual lap of Tenerife) in 28 days, starting on Wednesday 1^st October finishing on Tuesday 28^th October which would have been Ian’s 46^th Birthday
