A bit about myself
Thursday 23rd May Having worked in Hospitality for 18 years I understand and acknowledge the pressures which come with the industry. I made a decision in Covid to change the culture within my region moving away from the 'work hard, play hard' negative culture. My inspiration daily is the coach, mentor and develop productive leaders and teams who enjoy their roles, have a great work life balance and most importantly a big support network. I pride myself on my teams progression with breaking the mental health stigma in hospitality. Jumping for the 'The burnt Chef' charity means a lot to me, any sponsor is massively appreciated.
