2023 didn't exactly go as I planned it to. A lot of things made it a pretty tough year. However, through all of that The Burnt Chef Project had my back. I pulled through, thanks to a strong network I am lucky to have. For 2024 I am aiming to regain control of my mind, and body. Anything, Anyone can donate to support a cause that quite literally saved me, would be hugely appreciated, not just by me, but also 84% of the UK hospitality sector!! MUCH LOVE XXX
