AB Parts Unknown Challenge

I'm fundraising for the future of hospitality.

I'm raising money for The Burnt Chef Project, an organisation set up to tackle mental health stigma in the hospitality industry.

Did you know?

4 out of 5 hospitality professionals report to having experienced mental health issues. It's time to change this!

It's something very close to my heart and I would love your support!

Why tbcp??

Wednesday 24th Jan
I have been a hospitality professional my entire adult life, an industry in which I have been privileged to work with many amazing people of countless backgrounds. Mental health was viewed as a weakness for the first twenty plus years of my career, prior to the pandemic tbcp was born, a new outlook for those who had suffered mental health illnesses born as a result, for me I wanted to learn, educate, create a better future for the next generation of hospitality professionals, tbcp has given me education for nothing more than a commitment of my time, support and a new type of  ‘hospitality family’ one that considers my mental wellbeing to be as equally important as the plates that leave the pass and the bottom line.
Tbcp will create a legacy for the future generations of the industry that has simply saved me from myself and my own mental health illnesses, please support it wherever possible.
Together we continue to grow strong and in doing so create the best circumstances to ensure that hospitality will become a profession of choice for many people who want a career that for fills their aspirations.🖤🖤🖤
