Why I’m here !!
Tuesday 20th JunI’m supporting this project because I’ve been in the industry for over 22 years from Rosette to Michelin levels and at these times there’s been many occasions I’ve needed help with my own mental health/ working 16 hours a day and leaving no time for family or myself. I’ve found it very hard at times.
Today I’d like to help and spread awareness about mental health in hospitality and The Burnt Chef Project it’s a fantastic platform to do this.
