I'm fundraising for the future of hospitality by contributing to The Bourdain Challenge
I'm raising money for The Burnt Chef Project, an organization set up to tackle mental health stigma in the hospitality industry. I aim to walk/run/crawl to the pub 500 miles in contribution to overall The Bourdain Challenge, to raise awareness of mental health issues, which was organised in tribute to the late Anthony Bourdain. The challenge is a collective effort to cover between us the 35,218 miles he travelled in Part Unknown Series 1.
