I'm fundraising for the future of hospitality.

Hi all, i am "climbing a mountain" (Snowdon) this September in aid of 'The Burnt Chef Project', this is a charity that helps with mental awareness within the hospitality industry.

I have met most of you in the industry, so you know the constant pressure on the people in it.

I have been lucky enough to have been a part of it for over 30 years !!!! please give what you can to keep the people in it going through the tough times.

• They have trained over 1600 students in the last 2 years in mental health and stress reduction at a cost of £400 per talk
