Friday 9th Feb
Two things have led me to this point in my life. One was watching Point Break in my teens and wanting to jump out of a plane (with a parachute).

The other thing has been having mental health problems since about the age of 25. Not an easy thing to talk about but it's getting easier to these days and The Burnt Chef Project is doing great work in having that conversation. I've been cooking in professional kitchens for over 20 years and the environment is no less stressful but it's becoming more and more acceptable to talk about ourselves and how we're feeling. 

In short, I'm going to jump out of a plane for a charity and I want you good people to sponsor me. Feel free to peruse the Burnt Chef Project's site and socials to see what they're all about and why they're so important to our industry.
