To many of us, Bourdain was the one to look up to. His unrelenting love and respect for food, culture and people whilst experiencing his own struggles changed the way many of us saw the service industry and highlighted the effect it could potentially have on us and our colleagues.
As we step into 2024, we're marking the 10 year anniversary of Parts Unknown as we challenge you to join us in your activity of choice -walk, run, cycle, hula hoop or anything else to cover the 35,218 miles he travelled.
