Ariete Hospitality, located in vibrant Miami, Florida, is committed to promoting mental health awareness within the hospitality industry. Recognizing the importance of physical health and a positive work environment, Ariete Hospitality aims to create a space where employees thrive both mentally and physically.

At the helm of this initiative are Chef Bryan and Georgia, who share a deep passion for mental health advocacy. Chef Bryan, an avid runner, has personally experienced the transformative power of physical exercise in overcoming low points in his life. He understands the profound impact that running and fitness can have on one's mental well-being. Georgia, on the other hand, is a dedicated advocate for mental health, recognizing the challenges faced by individuals working in high-stress environments.

To amplify their cause, Ariete Hospitality has joined forces with the Burnt Chef Project, an organization that supports the mental health of hospitality professionals. Together, they seek to shed light on the importance of mental well-being within the hospitality industry.

This August, Ariete Hospitality, along with the incredible individuals within their group, plans to organize a running challenge. This event serves as a platform to raise awareness and initiate conversations surrounding mental health. By combining physical activity, teamwork, and mental health advocacy, Ariete Hospitality aims to create a positive impact within its organization and beyond.

Through this running challenge, Ariete Hospitality invites individuals from the hospitality industry and the local community to participate. By coming together, they hope to foster a culture that prioritizes mental health, providing support, resources, and a sense of community to those who need it most.

The Challenge!
To run 50 miles in August. You can run 1.61 miles a day, or 15 miles every weekend, whichever suits you best.  Although the goal is 50 miles we want anyone and everyone to participate, so wheteher its 2 miles or 200 we are happy to have you join us and even more grateful should you feel compelled to donate. The challenge will be completed through the Nike Run Club App and the link to the challenge can be found below. Once the month is over, the donations made will be on an honor system and will go towards The Burnt Chef charity, (or any charity of your choosing). Have a look at their website and follow them on Instagram for more information.
