I'm raising money for The Burnt Chef Project and need your help!
4 out of 5 hospitality professionals report having experienced at least one mental health issue during their career.
The current reality is that a large proportion of the hospitality community has, or will, experience a mental health issue as a direct result of chronic stress, stigma and lack of support.
In worst case scenarios this can also lead to loss of life with hospitality having one of the highest rates of suicide against other professions.
We have to change that. The Burnt Chef Project is a globally recognised not-for-profit Social Enterprise and we are fully committed to making the hospitality profession healthier and more sustainable by focusing on people's wellbeing first by providing free supporting structures, awareness campaigns supported by market-leading training and education.

Alfie walks 30 miles
Wednesday 28th Aug Alfie is 10 he has hypermobility ADHD and a rare brain disorder called ACC he has always massively struggled with mobility and when we talked to him about the marstons mile his answer was I would rather sell a lung so here we are walking a mile a day in September to raise some well needed funds for a great charity.
