I'm raising money for The Burnt Chef Project, an organisation set up to tackle mental health stigma in the hospitality industry.

Some reasons why they need your help today:
- It costs The Burnt Chef Project £80 (UK) per person for therapy through their global EAP scheme.
- They have trained over 1600 students in the last 2 years in mental health and stress reduction at a cost of £400 per talk
- £158 per volunteer they train in peer support to better aid those suffering with mental health issues
